This latest book I got, 360 Degree Leader, seem to be the best fit on Leadership in my business. Principle of Leadership never change, however in this book it describe the principle of 1. Lead Up - to your organisation, system, mentor or people above you : Lead Across - to your peers, follow team leaders and people on the same level as you : Lead down - lead your own team and be a good team leader.Some people are good at leading their own team, but they seem to alienate the leaders of other teams and do not understand unity concept. Some people excel at building a great relationship with their mentor and coach, but they just have no influence or capability to build their team. A few people can get along with just about anybody, but they never seem to get any work done or moving up the ladder.
If you truely want to master System 1st , Team 2nd, indivdual 3rd, this is THEE book.
