A leader must always remain humble. Power and position tend to corrupt a person's morals and creat arrogance and greed. Under this type of leadership, a team might attain only tempory success, but cannot continue growing for long."You exist: that's why I exist", ourselves is a small part of the whole, and this remains the only way to maintain harmony and cooperation within a group.
To develop a sense of community and unity, leaders must have the humility to recognize that they achieve their positions by the efforts of teamworks. Only a humble leader can build a cooperating team and lead it to harmonious, long-term success
