Having read books after books about personal development, it came a time that I am looking for a "breakthru" to gear myself to a higher level of leadership. I had read many books on leadership e.g. John Maxwell, Jim Rohn, Robin Sharma, Tim Elmore, Brain Tracy, Zig Ziglar and many others. They offers great leaderhip, great principle, great delivery with different perspective... it cames to a state of mind that I need some "leadership guidance from different spectrum", to search for the high level of leadership development.
I got it! Why not go back to where I start my leadership and moulding of character from? Yes, from the army. West Point Leadership books shares compelling principles of leadership taught at the academy , include Duty, Honor, Faith , Courage, Vision, Strategy, Loyality and others.
It really got me! Why? because I was a soldier before... "Once a Soldier, Always a Soldier"
